Fitness classes with the same attention as having a personal trainer! Unlike other gyms that have many instructors who do not know what you have done the day before, I teach a weekly series that I coordinate so that by the end of the week you have worked on your cardiovascular endurance, upper and lower body muscle toning and strength, agility, coordination, and flexibility. My clients are already seeing results from dropping dress sizes to having more energy. The classes are every Monday, Tuesday, Thursday night from 6pm to 7pm and Saturday morning at 9am. Classes include Cardio Kickboxing, Step Aerobics, Circuit Training, Latin Cardio Sculpt, Pilates, and the NEW Outdoor Interval/Circuit Training Adventure. Check the calendar for specific dates. The classes are extremely affordable. Your first class is free! After that they are $7 each unless you buy a package in which case it comes out to less! Students receive 20% off. Every time you bring a friend for their first time, it is $2 off of your next package, and an additional $5 if they buy a package.
