There are many ways for you to be healthy, look great and lose weight.
Through our group you will discover what works best for you, learn how to implement healthy living principles into your busy life and get the support you need to consistently follow through so that you can be successful long term.
This group in the beginning will meet over the phone once a month. (I'm trying this as an experiment.) We will be having teleconference calls, and set up the forum to create community.
You'll learn to stay fit, make super healthy smoothies and meals, make new friends, get the support you need, and most importantly have fun as you become healthier in the process.
This group is for people of all shapes and sizes.
You don't necessarily have to want to lose weight. You may just want to have more energy, reduce your level of stress, decrease your risk of diabetes, heart disease or cancer, or just learn more about healthier ways of living.
