Established in 1998, Hard Corps Bootcamp is an outdoor interval training program designed for women only. The program combines cardio and strength training in one session to maximize your time. The RESULTS that you will achieve place this program in a class by itself.
This program targets weight loss and toning, with a large emphasis on the nutritional program. No quick fixes, no pills, just old fashioned hard work (exercise) and proper eating habits (not dieting). Your workout consists of 1 hour 3 days a week, or 3 hours a week. Bootcamp requires a true commitment to yourself, your trainer, and your group.
