Project Everyone Slim is about making a difference in each other's lives. And although the name says Slim ... it is really about being healthy. That is where your power is!
There are many ways for you to lose weight, have more energy and feel great every day!
Through our group you will:
1) Get the proper education
2) Learn how to implement healthy living principles into your busy life
3) Discover what works best for you
4) Get the support you need to consistently follow through so that you can be successful long term.
We'll eat healthy food together, have picnics, go walking, stay fit, share ideas, get the support we all need, and most importantly have fun.
This group is for people of all shapes and sizes.
You may just want to have more energy, reduce your stress levels, decrease your risk of diabetes, heart disease or cancer, or just learn more about healthier ways of living.
