This meeting is going to change your life- the way you buy food and think about food. You don't want to miss this opportunity!!!

GET SKINNY (AND HEALTHY) AT YOUR LOCAL FARMERS MARKET TOUR

Get Skinny (and Healthy) at Your at Your Local Farmer's Market is about introducing you to healthy foods that contain CLA (Conjugated Linoleic Acid) in them - like grass fed beef that help you to shred fat by eating high quality meat. (You can?t get this at your local supermarket)

You'll also discover why local food is the best food you can get - way fresher, healthier and cheaper than anything at Whole Foods, Central Market or HEB. Plus support local farmers!

I'll talk about the food I get to stay slim and healthy and we'll do a Q and A as well. Then we'll go shopping.

Discover why local food is better than even organic on Saturday May 17th at 11:15am to 1:00pm.

See you there :-)

Dan

Thanks for doing this, Daniel. It was helpful to walk around and be given specific pointers about how to buy healthy foods. I hadn't been there and it was a wonderful experience. You are so knowledgeable and it made it a great experience.
