Introduction

I am in the Military and very into health and nutrition. I work out daily and like to incorporate a wide variety of exercises and routines into my regiment. I believe in total health. Total Health includes strenght, cardio, plyometrics, etc...

Currently and have been for as long as I can remember

Yes and I would like to help and have input into the newletter. I have knowledge I would like to pass on.

What are you interested in achieving... i.e. weight loss, healthier lifestyle, developing a fitness plan ect. ?

Lifestyle.

Are you currently working out?

Yes, 6 days a week and 1 day of rest and stretching.
