We will motivate and encourage each other, set goals, and have fun. Each meeting will commence with a 30 minute walk on the boardwalk in beautiful Balboa/Newport Beach. Following the walk, we will meet briefly to discuss progress from the prior week, present information on nutritional supplements, and answer any questions you may have.
About the organizers of this meetup:
I (Vanessa) struggled with my weight and appearance since early adolesence. I went to WW (you diet veterans know what I'm talking about) and GAINED 10 pounds! Then, I learned the secret that changed my life and body forever. Because of my success, I became a personal trainer (I'm not currently certified) so I could help other people end the battle with themselves!
My friend Cheryl struggled with emotional eating issues in college. She also overcame her weight issues by changing some core habits. Cheryl is in fantastic shape and she leads our walks!
