I would like those of you who are doing the walks to let me know the best times for you to walk that way I can put those times on the calendar. I will not be doing the walks most of the time. I work out in the morning with Sami ( A wonderful personal Trainer) two days a week and then am trying to get in three other mornings of cardio in the gym or on the bike. So I just want to let you all know that the walks are not something I will be doing much of. I will however be starting to hike on the weekends that I am available and am not out of town. My hubby and I did the 5.1 mile hike at Silver Falls outside of salem. I highly reccomend this hike. It was so amazing there. There are ten falls in total and it will knock your socks off.
When I plan hikes for the weekends that i can I will put them up on the calendar for everyone. On these hikes I may bring family and friends or just me but I would encourage everyone to bring anyone they can.
Hiking is such a fun way to get in one of your work outs for the week.
If anyone has a hike or something they want to do let me know so I can add it to the schedule.:)
