We will be announcing the winners of the Canton Center Chiropractic, Westland Anytime Fitness and Plymouth Anytime Fitness challenges in the next couple of weeks. We've got some great stories to share. Next challenges will be starting early January of 2010. These challenges consist of a 12 week one hour class discussing topics such as carbohydrates, metabolism, dining out, digestion and what you can do to make yourself healthier. You will receive personal coaching, group support and a five day free gym pass. Cost to join is $35. What we do is throw that fee in a big pot and at the end of the challenge, the top three 'biggest percentage losers' will split the cash. Bring friends with you-MORE CASH in the pot!!
