Come meet with other neighborhood people who are interested in weight loss and management though lifestyle change, but don't believe in diets.

Our purpose is to be a support group for those seeking to empower each other to use a weight management system that provides a lifestyle change. By implementing low glycemic eating, nutritional supplementation, stress reduction, relaxation techniques, exercise, menu plans and using a daily journal, we seek to help everyone to have the tools they need to control their weight and body composition. The Transitions Lifestyle Weight Management System provides all of this and more.

So if you are looking into eating healthy, loosing weight, exercising, health and wellness education, natural supplementation, stress reduction, or anything to promote a positive lifestyle, we look forward to seeing you at our overview.
