Dieters typically regain the weight they lost, in spite of the fact that they have strong motivation to change and full understanding of what they need to do. They can be smart, motivated, in control, and successful in all other areas of their life, but are repeatedly frustrated in their attempt to change their eating patterns. What causes them to give up when it comes to healthy eating and how can it be overcome?
This group will focus on this and related issues to better understand the nature of behavioral control and overcome the obstacles to success.
If you are struggling with emotional eating, join our meetup! You can meet others who have similar experiences and learn ways to better understand and overcome this problem.
All meetings will be limited to 15 participants and will be moderated by a clinical health psychologist who specializes in the treatment of emotional eating.
