Another 12 week program to educate and support those who want to lose weight and improve their wellness. This group was started for those who were unable to attend the 5:30 PM Attleboro Class. It is aso a friendly competition so the top "Losers" ware able to win cash and prizes. Come one and/ or bring a friend or partner! The more ...the merrier. The more who joins in...the bigger the pot at the end of the challenge! Need to be over 18 years old to participate.

This is a hiking group for people who, like me, hike at a slow and steady pace. I love the outdoors and I love hiking, but am often lagging behind. However, like the tortoise, I keep a steady pace and always get there in the end. We will do mostly medium-length hikes ( 4 - 6 miles) with elevation gains of under 1500 feet and a pace of book time +50%.
