Using bodyweight exercises, cardio drills and various light equipment, you'll get in the best shape of your life. We meet tuesday, thursday and saturday mornings at 8:00am, at the Howe St. beach entrance in Bay Head. Now that cooler temperatures are here, dress appropriately in layers, bring water and towel.
