Movin' Forward is a support group for bariatric surgery patients in Northeast Ohio. The majority of our members are 18 months or more out of bariatric surgery. Our members represent a cross section of patients. Our group offers many ways of interacting and sharing knowledge with fellow long-term post-op bariatric surgery patients. We try to give you a chance to be around people who are in your spot and understand you best. We are here to help each other without judgment or prejudice.

Hiking is a great way to get in shape or stay in shape. It is low impact exercise and is a family oriened activity. It also give you a chance to explore our local parks and wildlife. We will be scheduling group hikes for the Summit County Metro Parks Fall Hiking Spree. As well as other activities as they come up.
